FAITH FORWARD AT THE RENTON CAMPUS

Timberlake Church launched the Renton Campus in December of 2018. Renton is a diverse and growing population situated along the south side of Lake Washington and is about 10 miles south of Seattle’s urban center.

Today, the Renton Campus continues to develop and grow. We have seen dozens of people make commitments to follow Jesus for the very first time and several take another NEXT RIGHT STEP to be baptized. Our main desire is to become all that Jesus wants to be, as well as, to make an even greater impact in our community.

In this season, we believe that God is leading us to focus on the next generation as a priority, expand our outreach by partnering with Compassion House, and supporting fully our operational and ministry budget.

1. THE NEXT GENERATION IS A PRIORITY

One of our church values is investing in the next generation. As such, we will continue to make the kids and students a priority. The re-imagining of our next generation spaces, will not only create a more inviting atmosphere, but it will also help kids of all ages to cultivate meaningful relationships with their peers, spiritual leaders, and God.

2. COMPASSION HOUSE

Located in downtown Issaquah, Compassion House offers transitional housing for homeless women who are recovering from trauma and domestic violence and who have two or more children. With your help and financial commitment, our very own Acres of Diamonds ministry will be expanding and acquiring Compassion House. We are excited to continue to show the love of Jesus and bring hope to women and children living in desperate situations.

3. MARGIN FOR WHAT'S NEXT

More than anything, our desire in FAITH FORWARD is that we will be spiritually energized and encouraged to take another obedient step forward in our individual generosity journeys. As a result of your faithfulness, we will not only be able to meet our operational and ministry budget, but we will be able to create margin for opportunities as God presents them.
